Native to the lowland rainforests of western and central Africa, the Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree (Ficus lyrata) is a stunning plant with huge green leaves and an even larger following of houseplant fans. The fiddle leaf fig is most happy in a stable environment temperature-wise where it receives at least a few hours of bright direct light a day. They can be sensitive to temperature and light changes so consistency is key.
Thrives in bright indirect light to full sun.
Start with watering about once a week allowing soil to dry out between waterings. Increase frequency with increased light and/or dryer air. Might require additional misting or a humidifier if air is dry.
